Our Packing Protocol

We treat your bike like a showpiece. Before loading, our team applies:

1. Triple-Layer Wrapping: We use thick corrugated sheets on the fuel tank and side panels, followed by industrial bubble wrap secured with stretch film.

2. Mirror & Indicator Protection: Protruding vulnerable parts are heavily padded or, if requested, carefully removed and packed in a separate secure box.

3. Handlebar Securing: The steering column is locked and padded to prevent side-to-side movement inside the truck.

Secure Loading & Transit

Loading a Royal Enfield or heavy sports bike into a truck requires proper ramps and strength.

• We use anti-slip loading ramps instead of risking physical lifts.
• Inside the truck, the bike is secured completely upright using a 4-point strapping system (tying down the chassis and shocks) to ensure the suspension handles any bumps on the road, preventing the bike from ever leaning or scraping against the truck walls.
• We utilize dedicated transport vehicles so your bike isn’t crushed under heavy household goods.
