2. Service Scope and Estimates

We provide residential and commercial moving, packing, loading, unloading, and transit services within Nepal and internationally. Any estimate or quotation provided via phone or email is based on the information supplied by the customer. The final cost may vary if the volume of goods, access conditions, or distance differ from what was originally declared.

3. Insurance and Liability

• Moving Insurance: We offer transit insurance options for your goods. It is highly recommended to declare the value of precious items beforehand.
• Limitation of Liability: Nepal Packers and Movers take the utmost care with your belongings. However, our liability for lost or damaged goods is strictly limited to the terms outlined in the specific moving contract signed prior to the move, unless additional comprehensive insurance is purchased.
• We are not liable for damages to items packed by the owner unless physical damage to the exterior of the box during transit is evident.

4. Prohibited Items

Customers agree not to include hazardous, flammable, explosive, or illegal items in the shipment. This includes, but is not limited to, gasoline, ammunition, chemicals, and undeclared cash or jewelry. We reserve the right to inspect and refuse to transport any item deemed unsafe.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled moving date. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover logistical preparations already made.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Nepal Packers and Movers. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
